Processing

Orders are carefully packed and prepared for shipment. Please allow processing time when placing your order.

Shipping Method

We offer standard shipping for all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary by location. This is not expedited or express shipping.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

Carrier Delays

While we work with reliable carriers, delays can occasionally occur that are outside our control. Ever Apothecary is not responsible for carrier delays after shipment.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived after 14 days, we recommend contacting the carrier directly, as they are best equipped to investigate delivery issues.
