Most of our items are restocked regularly. Because each product is handmade in small batches, availability may shift with seasonal demand and production timelines.

Each order is thoughtfully wrapped in brown kraft paper and sealed with our signature antique gold wax seal—an old-world touch we love. Your items are nestled in kraft crinkle paper inside a sturdy kraft shipping box, creating a refined, apothecary-inspired unboxing experience. We aim to bring beauty and care to every detail, from scent to presentation.

• We are not responsible for carrier delays after shipment.
• Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update once your order ships.
• We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.

Return Eligibility

We hope you love your Ever Apothecary purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened, unused, full-priced home goods within 14 days of purchase.

Note: Due to the personal nature of bath and beauty goods, these items are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@everapothecary.com with your order number. We will gladly guide you through the process. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@everapothecary.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Please note we are not responsible for damage occurring after the product has been removed from its original packaging.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined with sale products.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders are made to order and are final sale. Discounts do not apply to sale items, and bulk orders are not eligible for returns.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure a safe return. Please package your return securely, preferably in the original packaging or similar alternative, to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once complete. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange, please return your original item using the method described above and place a new order. We are happy to assist you in selecting a replacement.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Please review your order carefully before purchase.

• Our labels are uncoated to preserve a traditional apothecary aesthetic. Avoid direct contact with water, oils, or steam to keep them looking their best.
• Our products are made without preservatives, using natural ingredients that may respond to temperature changes. This does not affect their quality or performance. In warmer weather, items may soften—allow them to cool or refrigerate briefly to re-solidify. In colder conditions, they may harden—let them return to room temperature before use.

• Our luxurious soy wax blend is enriched with coconut wax, selected for its creamy color, smooth texture, and wonderful scent diffusion. It is plant-based, eco-conscious, and biodegradable.
• Our fine fragrance oils are carefully formulated without phthalates, parabens, sulfates, petroleum, and animal-derived materials.
• Our wicks are made from natural cotton threads interwoven with paper, offering an eco-friendly design and a clean, consistent burn.

• Trim the wick to 1/4" before each use for a clean, even burn.
• For the first burn, allow the wax to pool evenly to the edge of the vessel.
• Limit burn sessions to no more than three hours for optimal performance.
• Always place your candle on a non-flammable, heat-resistant surface.
• Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Discontinue use when only 1/4" of wax remains in the vessel.
• Use a snuffer to safely extinguish the flame.
• Discard wick trimmings and matches only after they have cooled completely.
• Upcycle your candle vessel, giving it a creative new purpose.

• Our amber glass bottles protect the fragrance from light, preserving its quality while showcasing a timeless apothecary aesthetic.

• Shake well before each use to ensure an even mist.
• Mist into the air or onto linens from at least 12" away.
• For linens, test a small, inconspicuous area before full use.
• Avoid spraying directly onto wood, painted surfaces, or delicate materials.
• Do not spray near open flames, heat sources, or electronics.
• Keep away from children, pets, and flammable objects.
• Use in well-ventilated areas and avoid direct inhalation.
• Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
